Responsibilities:
Develops and updates daily load scheduling for the Celco warehouse.
Provides day/day delivery creation in SAP of outbound shipments for: customer orders and STOs - both Tow and Flake materials.
Picks released material and creates pick lists for outbound shipments for the load and ship team. Requires daily communication with multiple departments.
Actively plans and negotiates with carriers requirements to ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain and reconcile inventory as required for both wood pulp and finished material.
Performance reporting development and communication.
QN and Open text investigation and closures.
Creation of Purchase Requisitions.
Provides maintenance of primary SOX evidence.
Required Skills:
Excellent shipment planning and scheduling skills an ability to manage through production and materials issues (negative).
In depth knowledge of SAP planning and execution modules
Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate service requirements with Carriers.
Excellent MS office skills Excel, Power point, etc.
An ability to manage and reconcile Inventory in accordance with customer/shipment requirements
Ability to research, communicate and close QNs and open text items in a complete and fluid manner.
High School Diploma or equivalent

years experience in an Manufacturing Environment
Desired
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Fundamental understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
Transportation Management System (TMS) experience
Work flow development and optimization
Bachelors Degree preferred
